Beware of what you say in the prosecutor’s hearing. Even a hearing can be a trap. This is what happened to Freddy Robinson, whose representative, Rotem Tobol, sent him to a hearing with the vampire Yifat Gidanken, and complicated him even more.
Before us is a complaint filed by a suspect and defendant named Freddy Robinson against prosecutor Yifat Gidanken. He claims that he was summoned to a hearing on money laundering in cooperation with Adv. Yoram Yosipoff and Roni Mana, and at the hearing he said that his wife works in the family company and receives a salary of NIS 10,000. After the hearing, Gidanken informed him that the hearing was successful and she was dropping the money laundering charges with Yosipoff and Roni Mana, but was opening a new charge against him for the fictitious employment of his wife in the family company that belongs to him, in the amount of NIS 975,000, claiming that his wife is a fictitious employee in his company.
The one who sent him to this hearing was Adv. Rotem Tobol, and apparently did not prepare him properly, and the result is that he suffered from all directions.
Robinson, who was 72 in 2018, received 11 months in prison, but the President of the State, Rivlin, gave him a pardon of a 3-month reduction in imprisonment “for the 70th anniversary of the State of Israel.”
